Q: I need to reinstall SegPlay® PC, but my authorization code does not work

A: The authorization codes are valid for a limited length of time. If you have previously purchased SegPlay® PC and need to reinstall it, send us an email at support@segmation.com and let us know that you need a new authorization code. Please also provide us with the email you used with your purchase and the approximate purchase date.

Q: I can't seem to figure out how to show more patterns

A: When you select the thumbnail picture in the upper portion of the leftside control bar, a dialog will appear which will allow you select any of your installed patterns. We'll be making this more obvious in a future release.

Q: I received an authorization code, but it doesn't work when I type in it

If possible, we recommend copying and pasting the authorization code directly from the email into the authorization code field in SegPlay® PC. You should use Ctrl-C to copy and Ctrl-V to paste. Also make sure that the email address you have entered matches the one used when purchasing SegPlay® PC

.
Q: I'm having trouble uninstalling SegPlay® PC

There's a known problem which is fixed by installing a patch from Microsoft. Check the SegPlay® PC support page for more information.

Q: How can I create my own patterns to use with SegPlay® PC?

At the current time, we do not offer a solution that would allow you to create patterns yourself. Creating patterns using our Segmation™ process requires quite a bit of know how and trial and error, and image processing techniques to produce the quality patterns that we provide our customers.
